RenPaste 4666 seamless modelling paste (SMP) is designed to utilise modern automated rapid manufacturing systems, while still being suitable for refined hand application. The user alters the SMP rheology by changing the mixing parameters to produce anything from a fluid paste that can be applied down to 10mm thickness to a viscous material suitable for application up to 40mm with no slump or excessive exotherm. Either technique produces fine surface quality that reduces further finishing time. The paste has excellent adhesion to expanded polystyrene.
