The highly successful AmNiSys ammonium and nitrate monitor has been upgraded to accommodate DO (dissolved oxygen) measurement via a fluorescent DO probe. Its performance has been proved in crude/settled, mixed liquor and final effluent, as has low-level ammonium detection in rivers for abstraction control. Now a complete package for wastewater aeration control is available in one unit that is ideal for smaller and industrial works. It has: NH4 for DO set point control; NO3 for anoxic period control; and DO for blower control.
