A new range of high-reliability worm gears is fitted with oversized bearings, allowing the right-angle gear units to provide extended life in electromechanical automation applications, such as conveyors. They will interface with any standard IEC motor. Modular design principles allow the Universal Worm range to be customised using a broad range of standard accessories to provide optimised power transmission for virtually any application environment. Units can be supplied with drive ratios from 5:1 to 100:1. Units are robust and mount in any orientation.
