The roboTest F robotic testing system is designed for use with flexible specimens such as films and textiles, although metals and wire can also be tested. It allows testing overnight and at weekends, reducing the need for shift work and saving costs. Specimen data is entered into a local or external database, or host computer. The operator loads the specimen into a special magazine and once tested the specimens are either blown out of the grips using compressed air or mechanically removed by the robot. The magazine is adjustable from 100mm to 300mm.
