Yokogawa sponsors UK process control event

Runcorn, UK – Yokogawa is to sponsor the ninth in the triennial series of Advances in Process Control (APC 9) event, to be held 19-20 Sept, in York, UK.
This event, organised by the IChemE, will bring together academics, operating companies and suppliers from across the process industries, to discuss developments in best practices and technology for process control.
The keynote addresses will be given by Charlie Cutler and Walt Boyes, both of whom are well respected commentators on the automation industry.
In addition, there will be presentations on a wide range of topics including procedural automation, abnormal situation management, cyber security,
advanced control support practices and new control techniques in oil production, gas pipelines and combustion.
