Systems for freeze drying applications

At Interphex 2013, Telstar presented its loading/unloading systems for freeze drying applications, including robot systems for the loading/unloading of bulk product into trays or directly onto the shelves.

Telstar also showcased automatic vial loading/unloading systems without trays or frames in ‘fixed’ row-by-row or ‘flexible’ shelf-by-shelf configurations.

These solutions are configured to client-specific production requirements.

Telstar also presented its range of rigid-wall sterility test isolators, designed to protect the product from the external factors that compromise quality.

The unit combines sound ergonomics with a reliable aseptic environment and achieves a minimum of log 6 reduction in spore forming micro-organisms.
