Since its inception, Technical Training Solutions has concentrated its skills training to the UK market.
However, since 2008 the company has provided training in mainland Europe, Monserrat, Mauritius Gibraltar and Nigeria as well as maintaining training at its Kent facility.
Managing director David Larner said: “Finding the right people to teach highly technical subjects in a plain and simple manor is really difficult.
“We tend to rule out college lecturers in favour of engineers from industry with experience because what they know cannot usually be found in a text book.”
