Become a chartered engineer
12 Jun 2015
The Energy Institute (EI) is offering unique chartered engineer status to engineers, even if you are already chartered through other professional bodies.
Chartered engineers are characterised by their ability to develop appropriate solutions to engineering problems, using new or existing technologies, through innovation, creativity and change.
The EI can offer you formal recognition of this by way of professional membership, or chartered professional membership.
If you are currently chartered through another professional body, the EI could still offer you energy-related professional qualifications which match your field of expertise.
What’s more, if you are an engineer, the EI can offer you its unique titles of Chartered Petroleum Engineer, or Chartered Energy Engineer which are not available from any other engineering institution.
To find out more, have a look at the various options on the EI’s website, or email your CV to the EI membership team: membership@energyinst.org
