The Alfa Laval range of gasketed plate heat exchangers are energy efficient, compact and offer increased uptime.
By optimising performance, minimising impact on the environment and tackling the need to build long life into equipment, Alfa Laval has developed the TK20, T8, T35 and TS35 range of heat exchangers.
The TK20 is a semi-welded heat exchanger, boasting a leak-proof system that has been designed for the heating and cooling of aggressive media.
The T8, which has been developed to offer energy efficiency at its peak, is less than one metre in height and features gasket and plate pack alignment design that provides easy and cost effective maintenance.
Meanwhile, the T35 and its smaller counterpart, the TS35, are designed to eliminate stagnant zones and reduce fouling via uniform flow distribution.
The pair provide superior flow distribution across the entire plate surface and maintains a low pressure drop in the distribution area, making use of a greater portion of the available pressure drop of heat transfer, Alfa Laval said.
