Rotronic has extended its range to include the high-precision and stable AF1 transmitter, which provides air velocity measurement with analogue signal output.
The measuring range (air velocity from 2m/s up to 20m/s) and the output signal of the transmitter can be configured easily – using DIP switches – and without additional software, says the company.
The device also has a calorimetric sensor.
Suitable for installation in a wide selection of industries - including the heating, ventilation and air conditioning sector - the AF1 can be used in environments up to 80°C.
Rotronic adds that installation of the cost-effective transmitter is straightforward. Compact design duct and cable mount versions are also available.
