The MDM300 I.S high-speed portable dew-point hygrometer enables gas pipeline operators to ensure safety and quality compliance on natural gas, says Michell Instruments.
Certified for use in hazardous areas on a global scale, the company describes the instrument as compliant no matter where a gas plant is located.
The hygrometer’s fast reaction – a T95 response to -60°C dew point in less than 30 minutes – ensures operators spend less time waiting for measurements and a long battery life enables up to 24 hours of use between charges. Other features include a lightweight, ergonomic design.
The company adds that there are portable sample options available which range from simple kits to control sample flow, through to a panel mounted system.
