The Wolfson Centre for Bulk Solids Handling Technology, based at the University of Greenwich, has revealed details of its latest short courses related to the storage of bulk materials.
‘Storage and Discharge of Powders and Bulk Solids’ runs from 13-15 March and offers a comprehensive introduction to understanding the operation of hoppers and silos.
‘Design of Equipment for Storing and Handling Bulk Materials‘, from 17-18 April, targets project engineers involved in the detailed specification of bulk handling schemes or design engineers involved in the construction of equipment used for storing bulk materials.
Course fees are £765 per delegate for two days or £1,185 per delegate for three days. Discounts are available for multiple attendances.
The Wolfson Centre for Bulk Solids Handling Technology offers a series of industrially-focused short courses which look at the storage, handling and transportation of bulk materials, as well as the design of integrated systems to reduce downtime and running costs.
