The PCE-VM 25 vibration tester is just one of a wide range of test instruments offered by PCE Instruments in relation to condition monitoring.
This meter is often used to ensure smooth machine operation. In some cases, this happens via the monitoring of the oscillation acceleration, velocity and displacement, as well as the rotational speed and temperature of engines and roller bearings.
The vibration meter does a spectral analysis and tendency prognosis to show the user clearly how the values used to be, how they currently are, and how they are likely to be in the future.
The PCE-VM 25 has an OLED colour graphic display and is equipped with a USB interface for data transfer to a computer where data can be analysed with optional software. Sixteen thousand readings can be saved to the internal memory.
