Thorite aims for a Motion Control awards hat trick and double win

Thorite is aiming for a hat trick of wins in the Distributor of the Year category for the 2019 Motion Control Industry Awards.
The firm, which won the category in both 2017 and 2018, is once again up for the final. It has also been shortlisted once again for another category, the Contribution to Skills & Training award.
Focused on the fluid power sector, Bradford-based Thorite specialises in the engineering, manufacturing, food processing, printing and pharmaceuticals industries. Boasting 120 staff and an annual turnover of £19 million, it is the largest UK distributor for pneumatic products and process systems.
Managing director Stephen Wright, commented: “The shortlisting will again allow Thorite to showcase its skills and core competencies in the industry and will show how well Thorite is perceived within the marketplace.”
The 2019 Motion Control Awards take place on 22 May at Solihull’s National Conference Centre, with the winners announced during the event’s gala dinner.
