Drug production presents challenges for instrumentation. Typically devices must cope with low flow rates and be constructed from ultra-pure materials for hygienic, sterile and sanitary conditions.
Titan’s Atrato and MetraFlow ultrasonic flowmeters enable drug manufacturers to streamline production and reduce costs, measuring fluid flow rates with great accuracy.
Atrato inline low flow flowmeters use patented ultrasonic technology, operating accurately over a very wide flow range (0.002 to 20 litres/minute). Their rugged, clean bore construction is ideal for most low flow application. Different models measure fluid flow from -10°C to +110°C and pressures up to 30 bar (435 psi).
Metraflow ultrasonic flowmeters are designed for fluid compatibility challenges. Patented ultrasonic technology allows reliabiliy and accuracy across flow ranges from 20-5000 ml/min, turndown of 50:1; repeatability (+/– 0.1%); linearity and a reading accuracy of better than +/– 0.5% full scale.
