The new range of LHS hot air systems from LEISTER are designed with the ease of implementation as a key priority, enabling a fully operational hot air system to be installed with minimal time and effort.
Control of temperature from a single point (either potentiometer, control panel or PC/PLC 4/20mA system) now ensures that once installed, LEISTER LHS can be step-lessly adjusted to meet different production line temperature requirements.
Furthermore, protection against overheating is automatically built into LHS in the event of loss of air supply, ensuring that the heating element is protected against burning out. The LHS automatically resumes operation itself when the fault is resolved and raises an audible alarm in the event.
Leister boasts a full range of heaters, from 0.4 – 16.0 KW for a wide range of heat applications and are available as single or three phase voltage.
An equally comprehensive range of control regulators completes the system options.
Applications for LEISTER Industrial hot air tools are wide and varied and can be used in a variety of applications such as food and drinks production, shrinking, drying, preheating and sterilisation.
There is also a wide range of nozzles available for obtaining directional heat where either heat precision is of great importance, or the application of the heat is required in a very specific way.
