KPIs to monitor activities
17 Apr 2013
4Sight provides many KPIs to help with monitoring your activities and gives a quick overview of your system.
Work order due
Displays work order information to help you quickly see what work is required in your area.
Deviations
Shows a full list of deviations including, “Failed by User” indicating possible installation or maintenance issues: “Failed by Tolerance” indicating performance of the installed base; or “Failed by Time,” which checks the efficiency of the team and of the quality of the scheduling.
Work order status
Shows what orders have been issued, how many have to be verified, which ones have a deviation outstanding or which orders were cancelled or rejected
Work order efficiency
Indicates the percentage of work orders that have been done before their due date, within five days, within two weeks and after two weeks.
Technician work schedules
All technicians’ work will be displayed when the system is launched. Administrators can choose to set the company department filter to “Yes” and thereby automatically filter the data to a technician’s specific department. This option provides the ability to manage multiple sites using a single system.
All planned and unplanned work requests appear on this screen, as well as user-defined filters. Technicians can also utilize the grid filters, which provide an easy way to locate items. Full filtering concentrates the technician on the most important work orders, such as due or overdue work.
Issue calibrations
The 4Sight system provides a number or different options for recording calibration and maintenance results. You can choose to enter the data directly into the system for jobs such as bench calibrations. You can print a calibration sheet or work order. If you are in the field and not using mobile solutions, you can also download work orders to a calibrator or PDA.
