The EXF-RC15 digital, high-speed IO module by Unitronics is designed to add an elevated level of flexibility to the Vision series PLC + HMI product line.
Alongside its flexibility, it can also be configured via Unitronics’ software to fit a variety of motion control related applications where a mixture of high speed and general purpose inputs and outputs are required.
Compatible with the Unitronics Vision products via CANbus, this latest IO module features 9 digital inputs and 6 digital outputs (4 transistor outputs with high speed capability, and 2 relay outputs).
The EXF-RC15 supports up to 3 High Speed Counter (HSC) or Shaft Encoder input channels, at up to 200 KHz.
Additionally, it supports up to 4 Pulse Width Modulators (PWM) outputs or up to 3 Pulse Train Outputs (PTO), at 200KHz max, that can be used for accurate Step-motor control.
