Krohne’s sensor is suitable for the bulk measurement of petroleum and oil as well as products including syrup, molasses and raw chemicals.
The OPTIMASS 2000 sensor has been designed to have a large diameter for bulk measurement and custody transfer of liquids and gases.
It provides accurate measurements of volume, mass, density and concentration using the MFC 300, a signal converter by Krohne for mass flowmetres.
The OPTIMASS 2000 has been developed to meet custody transfer requirements from the oil and gas industry, but it is also suited to bulk measurement in any application, according to Krohne.
