Boiler manufacturer Fulton Boilers has launched its SRT Series, claiming “the most radical change to boiler design” in nearly 70 years.
The SRT Series’ vertical spiral-rib tubeless design has enabled Fulton Boilers to create a compact boiler with the industry’s smallest footprint, the company says.
In comparison to equivalent 30hp models from the Fulton Boilers’ J Series, the SRT is 40% smaller.
According to the company, the SRT Series also boasts an 84.5% gross thermal efficiency and 99.5% steam quality from a fully-water-backed design with no refractory.
Additionally, and to comply with anticipated EU regulations, the boiler’s combustion technology has also been completely reconfigured, resulting in ultra-low NOx emissions of <40mg/kWh.
