Process Engineers working with powders, particulates and bulk solid materials can benefit from attending specialist training run by the experts at the Wolfson Centre for Bulk Solids Handling Technology at the University of Greenwich.
Over 25 years the Wolfson Centre has developed strong links with industry, offering consultancy, research projects and short courses that combine technological excellence with personalised teaching. Practical sessions are now included with some of the courses to help delegates consolidate the theory.
All of the courses are designed to suit the needs of engineers, whether in the pharmaceutical, food processing, minerals, power generation or recycling industries; in fact anyone involved in the handling of bulk solid materials or the flow of powders will benefit. They are designed for engineers, managers, skilled operatives, maintenance crew or anyone involved in using or handling powders or particulates.
Future courses cover pneumatic conveying, storage of bulk materials, general bulk materials handling and specialist areas of concern.
